No returns policy
By purchasing from our online store, you agree to our terms and conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, all socks and jocks items are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review our sizing guide (in the FAQs) and product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or different to what you ordered, please email info@soksandjoks.ie within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace it or refund you in full, including the original delivery charge, and we’ll cover the cost of sending it back.
How to send your return
- Email info@soksandjoks.ie with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with the return address and any next steps.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging so they reach us in resaleable condition.
- Send the parcel back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping the receipt until your refund is processed.
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us, which is why tracked postage matters.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can then take a few extra working days for the funds to land. We’ll email you when the refund leaves our end.
Gifts and bundles
Our BOKS gift boxes are sold as a single bundle, so they need to come back as a complete, unopened bundle to be eligible for a change-of-mind refund. If part of a bundle is faulty, please get in touch and we’ll sort a replacement for the affected item rather than asking for the full box back.
